I’d always liked the Terminator movies. I liked the idea that the whole thing was one big cyclical thing that couldn’t exist without itself. Until one day, someone pointed out that John Connor totally sent his best friend back in time to bang his mom.
It’s all downhill from there. Tentacles and all.

This is a fantastic retcon.
My favorite time-travel movie would probably be Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, but the 80s were a great time for time-travel movies in general. Now, if you asked me what my favorite time travel video game is, there’s no question what my response would be: Chrono Trigger. That game was awesome.
