They always fill out the survey.
In my experience in retail, I always tried to be warm and helpful to everyone that came in. So many guys would ignore me or want me to leave them alone. They knew where things were. But… they were also the same ones that would yell and make a scene.
Be nice to people.
To be fair, I’ve had the opposite problem as a customer where all I want is someone to tell me where things are and help me…and there’s no one. It’s a two-way street.
