I realize that there are jobs where you can play video games and watch movies and write things about it… but even that’s too much. Like… IĀ just want to watch movies and play video games as my job. Is that too much to ask for?
If you could get paid to do anything, what would you do?

I’d want to get paid to draw things and write things. Anything. Whatever I want, all the time. Maybe even to make a video game, if I wanted to.
Me too! That sounds awesome!
Brian can be an Internet reviewer, like the Angry Video Game Nerd! Of course, the chances of getting noticed, let alone paid, are infinitesimal, but there’s always a chance he could luck into an audience.
He could be, but he doesn’t like writing or reviewing. He just wants to play.
On a side note, I just noticed that we both used our main character being screwed as a punchline within days of each other. It’s bizarre how that worked out (I had sketched and scripted mine a few weeks before your comic went up).
I just got turned down for a job š It would have been in a board game cafe teaching people how to play games. But I fluffed the interview. Their reason for turning me down was ‘not experienced enough with games.’ After a decade of gaming 2 sometimes 3 nights a week I am not experienced enough š Epic Fail?
That sucks. Sorry for that! Sounds like that would have been an awesome game–er–job.
