Most of my Fallout experience is with Fallout 1 and 2. I got into creating themed characters and exploring the role-playing angle, exploring my character’s morality, and a big part of that was always deciding my approach to killing. Early on, I tried to play without killing humans, but after starting several different savefiles, I began making an exception for the raider camp near Shady Sands. My reasons were twofold:
1) as violent oppressors, the raiders had it coming, and
2) their camp was an excellent source of wealth.
